In order to support the "Campus Policy, Independence", the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia in collaboration with the BUMN Cluster Survey Services held a GENERAL KULIAH Webinar with the theme "Strategic Leadership and Knowledge Management in Building Corporate Governance during the Covid-19 Pandemic" on Friday, 18 December 2020. At the macro level, Covid-19 has the impact of a decline in GDP of Indonesia in the first, second and third quarters of 2020 Not only countries and communities but also companies are facing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The challenges for companies in managing their companies are highly tested during and the era following the pandemic. The ability of the company to build Corporate Governance during the Covid-19 pandemic is through strategic leadership and knowledge management. The key is qualified human resources who become the driving force of the TIC Institute. The WEBINAR event was opened with Dr. Ir. Rudiyanto Dip., ISM, MIIRSM, MM., MBA. (President Director of PT. Indonesian Classification Bureau), and Prof. Dr. Eko Prasojo, Mag.rer.publ. (Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia). The resource persons for the webinar consisted of the Director of Resource Development at PT. Indonesian Classification Bureau, Ir. Saifuddin Wijaya, MBA. which explains about the implementation of the one gate system and the AKHLAK Channel (the values applied in Indonesian BUMN) to build human capital for all stakeholders in PT.BKI by carrying out active sharing. Then there is the HR Director, PT. SUCOFINDO (Persero), Rozainbahri Noor, B.Sc., M.Buss. explaining that Covid-19 is a crisis will provide a sudden and real sense of urgency. This urgency allows the organization to let go of all other priorities and focus on one challenge, reallocating resources as needed. And continued by the HR Director, PT. Surveyor Indonesia (Persero), Lussy Ariana Seba, S.Kom. explained that in facing the Covid-19 pandemic, a digital transformation strategy by developing human resource competencies in the form of digital savvy, global business savvy, managing diversity, and developing organizational capability.
